Baseball,
the game my business partner and I grew up playing, and
now our boys are playing, as well. Over the last
couple of years as Coaches, we both have observed a
problem in the Dugout that needed to be addressed.
Does this
sound familiar? "Which one is my drink?"
"Where's my hat?" "Where are my batting gloves?"
All these questions can drive a Coach and Parent crazy!
Even with names written on all the gear, there is no
place to put all the kids drink bottles, hats and
batting gloves.
WHAT A
MESS!
The
biggest problem was throwing away nearly full drink
bottles, worth nearly $2.00 each!
Example
Problem: How many coaches have thrown away $2
nearly- |

|
full sport
drink bottles at the end of a game? Let's take
just 5 sport drinks full or half-full being thrown away:
5 x $2 =
$10 Take that $10 and multiply
that by the number of games in a season: Rec Ball:
$10 x 15 games = $150
Travel
Ball: $10 x 45 games = $450
You could throw away more than $45 per tournament of
drinks and are still unorganized!

What a
waste of money!
After
many hours of research and design,
The EGO (Equipment
Gear Organizer) was born. The players love
having their own spot identified
by a name tag. The Coaches love it for the fact NO
more looking for lost equipment and NO more wasted sport
drinks. This simple idea has made the dugout
clean, efficient and organized.
The EGO is
American Made by a manufacturing company in Ohio.
It was very important to us to have this product made
here in the USA.
I kid you not,
every team needs an
EGO! |
